CME’s Western Lean Transformation Conference

Tree Island Steel was pleased to participate in CME’s Western Lean Transformation Conference. This exclusive event offered a powerful platform to connect with Lean practitioners, decision-makers and manufacturing leaders.

The format was a panel discussion, three breakout sessions and a facility tour, where Tree Island Steel welcomed dozens of CME members.

The conference brought together manufacturing leaders from across Western Canada to explore how emerging technologies and smart processes are reshaping Lean performance on the plant floor.  Attendees gained real-world insights on strategies that boost efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen operational agility.
